Shipping Policy
UPS Ground or FedEx Ground options are available with a fixed rate of $12.66. All orders are delivered once payment is confirmed, please allow 1-5 business days for shipping confirmation and tracking number(s). Thank you for shopping with GIFT.
Our Return Policy
All unopened items in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. The return window begins once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when any part of the order is shipped, delivered or made ready for pick up by UPS or FedEx. Items that are damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Exchanges are always accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. The exchange window closes after 30 days the order has been invoiced as "Delivered".
